Will was still not feeling well and with twins you never get a break and there never is downtime. I let him catch up on sleep and took the kids to Olympic National Park for three nights. We wanted to semi-repeat the trip we took a few years ago, but I wanted to include some new fun and adventure.<\/p>\n<p>We spent the first night on Third beach. The hike include quite a few up and down ladders and ropes. I didn&#8217;t time the tides right and so we had one death defying hike on a landslide as well, where Isabel lost her footing and slide 20&#8242; down the hill. Luckily I was paralleling them below their position for just that reason (while rocks came tumbling from each of their steps). I caught Isabel, but it&#8217;s a hike she never wants to repeat.<\/p>\n<p>The second day we hiked out and to repeat our original trip we hiked the Hoh River Trail to Tom Creek and camped for a night.
