For the last couple of years we’ve been looking at snowshoes. This year, for Christmas I bought everyone snowshoes. First, we went to a free REI Class, I love those classes that get us started on some great adventures. Anyway, we went to the class and learned about the different types of snowshoes, then we did a little online research and pulled the trigger.
We bought the kids both Yukon Charlie snowshoes with poles.
Suffice to say, we didn’t get very far, before the snowball fights started and the snow was packed enough the kids didn’t want to wear the shoes, but everyone had a great time!
