Dana Pricher started as a volunteer with the SBWC Native Plant Nursery in 2014 to feed her passion for plants, gardening and sustainable agriculture. She has a BS in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State and a MAg in Rangeland Ecology and Management from Oregon State University.  Her previous work experience includes working with farmers in Wasco County as a Soil Conservationist with the Natural Resources Conservation Service and as a Conservation Technician with the Tahoe Soil and Water Conservation District working on stormwater treatment with homeowners. She has also worked for wineries in the Hood River and Portland area, both in the tasting room and winemaking.  Dana enjoys hiking, riding cruiser bikes, camp fires, hot springs, dancing to live music, eating at new restaurants, good books, yoga, and playing with her family. She is excited to bring her knowledge of collaborative resource management and vision for a healthy community and environment to the Scappoose Bay Watershed Council.
